75% of US managers, compared to 2.3% UK managers, regard leisure time as a refreshing break, which will enable them to work better afterwards. Although they enjoy spending time with their family, the average American father only spends 17 minutes a day with his children. More than half American workers take 15 minutes or less for lunch, though health experts recommend taking much longer breaks.
